The Rough Cut Session is an in-depth workshop between the creators of a nearly-finished feature documentary and a panel of world-renown experts. This year, we invite the team behind Let There Be Light to screen their rough cut before the DCM audience. The filmmakers are joined by expert editors, festival programmers, commissioning editors and leading nuclear physicists to offer an in-depth critique of the film at this crucial stage, and to provide valuable insights on how best to translate the deepest abstractions of science onto the screen.
